Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $497,918 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $4,509,007 in fiscal year 2014-15 and Highway Fund allocations of $70,600 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $806,550 in fiscal year 2014-15 to support the cost of restoring merit increases and longevity payments that were limited in the 2014-2015 biennial budget.  The amount contained in the bill for the Judicial Branch may be reduced to $61,552 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $85,612 in fiscal year 2014-15 based on a recalculation of the anticipated cost.
