Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $42,045 in fiscal year 2014-15 to the Department of the Attorney General for one part-time Assistant District Attorney position to participate in veterans treatment courts.  It also includes a General Fund deappropriation of $42,045 in fiscal year 2014-15 to the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to recognize savings from managing vacancies.
