This bill
includes a General Fund appropriation of $107,000 in fiscal year 2013-14 and
$134,000 in fiscal year 2014-15 for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner
within the Department of the Attorney General. It also includes an Other Special Revenue
Funds allocation of $43,530 in fiscal year 2014-15 to establish a part-time
Assistant District Attorney General position for domestic violence
prosecutions. |
