	The bill requires the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) to take certain actions before approving a reorganization involving any public telephone utility having gross annual State revenues exceeding $50,000,000. Any additional costs to the PUC to undertake these activities are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
