Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the transfers from the Tax Relief and Maine Budget Stabilization Funds from the bill, which increases the General Fund cost of the bill by $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2014-15.
	To offset the General Fund cost of eliminating the transfers this amendment includes a statewide deappropriation of $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2014-15 to achieve General Fund savings from a review of governmental structure and operations by the Office of Policy and Management.
