Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $155,000 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $2,500 in fiscal year 2014-15 to the Legislature for the Criminal Law Revision Commission.  Additional funding will be required for the per diem and expenses of the Legislators serving on the commission estimated to be $500 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $1,000 in fiscal year 2014-15.
	The additional costs to the Judicial Department and the Department of the Attorney General are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
