Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes General Fund appropriations totaling $155,500 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $3,500 in fiscal year 2014-15 to the Legislature for the Criminal Law Revision Commission.  This includes funding for contracted staff and the per diem and expenses of the Legislators serving on the commission.
	The additional costs to the Judicial Department and the Department of the Attorney General are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
