|
This amendment
delays the effective date by removing the emergency preamble and clause from
the bill. This delay shifts a one-time
appropriation of $155,500 from fiscal year 2013-14 to fiscal year 2014-15 and
reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $500 associated with the per
diem and expenses of Legislators for 2 meetings budgeted in fiscal year
2013-14 that will not happen. |
