This amendment
eliminates the General Fund appropriations in the bill for the Criminal Law
Advisory Commission for the 2014-2015 biennium. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015 unless
the Attorney General finds $165,500 and those funds are transferred to the
Legislature prior to that date.
Allocations of Other Special Revenue Funds are included to authorize
the expenditure of funds that may be transferred to the Legislature by the
Attorney General prior to July 1, 2015.
The Legislature will require General Fund appropriations for the
expenses of the commission estimated to be $160,000 in fiscal year 2015-16
and $3,500 in fiscal year 2016-17 to be included in the 2016-2017 biennium
baseline budget. |
