|
This bill
establishes a license for a person to conduct wine auctions. The bill includes a General Fund
appropriation for one Office Associate II position and related costs to the
Department of Administrative and Financial Services to conduct licensing
activities associated with these auctions.
General Fund revenues would increase by $25,000 beginning in fiscal
year 2014-15, assuming 50 wine auction licenses are issued annually. |
