|
The bill renames
"experimental areas" as "outcome-based forestry areas"
and changes the requirements to enter into certain outcome-based forestry
agreements, changes criteria when testing outcome-based forestry principles
and requires the Bureau of Forestry within the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry to prepare and submit annual reports and make
annual presentations to the Legislature. Any additional costs are expected to
be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
