This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services totaling $18,000,000 in fiscal year 2014-15 and Federal Expenditures
Fund allocations totaling $26,262,866 in fiscal year 2014-15. It also includes a one-time reduction of
$18,000,000 to the Local Government Fund in fiscal year 2014-15 which
increases General Fund revenue by the same amount. The bill assumes the
ongoing costs to the Department of Health and Human Services for fiscal years
2015-16 and 2016-17 will be offset by a reduction in the MaineCare baseline
for fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17. |
