Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Authorize up to 2 Free Sets of License Plates for 100 Percent Disabled Veterans’
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 2 in the first paragraph in the 4th line from the end (page 1, line 12 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " 3" and inserting the following: ' 2'
summary
Current law provides that a 100% disabled veteran may receive, at no fee, a registration certificate and set of special designating plates for one vehicle. This amendment provides that a 100% disabled veteran may receive, at no fee, a registration certificate and set of special designating plates for each of up to 2 vehicles rather than 3 vehicles as proposed in the bill.
