Resolve, To Direct the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife To Modify Fishing Rules for Webster Stream in Piscataquis County

Sec. 1. Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to establish a daily bag limit on trout, landlocked salmon and togue for Webster Stream in Piscataquis County. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife shall amend Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Rule Chapter 1: Open Water and Ice Fishing Regulations to establish for Webster Stream in Piscataquis County from the Telos Lake dam downstream to Webster Lake a daily bag limit of one trout, one landlocked salmon and one togue effective between August 16th and September 30th annually.
