‘Sec. 1. PL 2015, c. 267, Pt. E, §1  is repealed and the following enacted in its place:

Sec. E-1. Transfers to Maine Clean Election Fund. The State Controller shall make the following transfers of the $3,000,000 required to be transferred from the General Fund undedicated revenue to the Maine Clean Election Fund on or before January 1, 2017 pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 21-A, section 1124, subsection 2, paragraph B:

1. Five hundred thousand dollars on or before July 15, 2016;

2. Five hundred thousand dollars on or before August 1, 2016; and

3. Two million dollars on or before January 1, 2017.’
