  The bill includes
  a Highway Fund allocation of $49,044 in fiscal year 2016-17 to the Department
  of Public Safety for conducting blood tests to determine the blood-alcohol
  level and the presence of any drug or drug metabolite for accidents involving
  a fatality. |

  The Department of
  Health and Human Services will receive additional Other Special Revenue Funds
  revenue of $41,175 annually beginning in FY 2016-17 to test blood samples
  obtained from the operators of motor vehicles involved in accidents that
  result in, or may result in, death to determine the blood-alcohol level and
  the presence of any drug or drug metabolite and report results to the Bureau
