Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $625,341 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $1,500,817 in fiscal year 2016-17 to amend its rules to provide for increases in the personal needs allowances of residents in residential care facilities from $70 to $90 and for residents in nursing facilities from $40 to $50. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for additional matching federal revenue expected to be available.
