Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $437,105 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $521,301 in fiscal year 2016-17 to reimburses nursing homes for the losses of coinsurance and deductibles for skilled nursing beds under rules adopted by the Department of Health and Human Services as required in Public Law 2013, chapter 368. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP match. A more current estimate indicates that the appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services could be reduced by $123,549 in fiscal year 2015-16.
