Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $500 in fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17 to establish the Municipal Gigabit Broadband Network Access Fund within the ConnectME Authority to be used to address the need for access to ultra high-speed broadband infrastructure. The fund may receive funding through available federal funds, bond proceeds and other available monies from public or private sources. The ConnectME Authority is directed to provide certain grants to the extent that funds become available.
