Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes Federal Expenditures Fund deallocations to the Employment Security Services program within the Department of Labor of $194,916 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $209,718 in fiscal year 2016-17 from personal services savings due to changing the way 2 members of the Maine Unemployment Insurance Commission who are representatives of employers and labor are compensated from a fixed salary basis to a per diem basis.  This bill also includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations of $24,461 in both fiscal year 2015-16 and fiscal year 2016-17 for the per diem and other expenses of the 2 commission members.
