|
The bill
authorizes the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF), in
6 different transactions, to convey certain pieces of land to different
entities. These transactions involve ACF receiving either the lands' market
value, the lands' equivalent value or land meeting a certain criteria. ACF
would receive Other Special Revenue Funds revenue totaling approximately
$25,000 and would incur Other Special Revenue Funds expenditures of
approximately $5,000 from the 2 transactions requiring ACF to receive fair
market value for the lands conveyed if these transactions are made. |
