	Additional costs to the Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) to conduct the required feasibility study and submit the required report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.  MainePERS will incur costs to administer a long-term disability insurance program, however, the amount can not be determined until the feasibility study is completed.
