The amendment
eliminates the $54,672 General Fund appropriation to the Department of
Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry in fiscal year 2016-17 and reduces the
General Fund appropriation to the Department of Marine Resources (DMR) by
$27,336 in fiscal year 2016-17. DMR will instead receive a General Fund
appropriation of $12,060 in fiscal year 2016-17 and require the same
appropriation in subsequent years. |

Overall, as
amended, the bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $171,312 in fiscal
year 2016-17 for ballistic vests and vest carriers. |
