|
This amendment
reduces the proposed fiscal year 2015-16 transfer from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund by
$500,000 and instead transfers that $500,000 to the Maine Clean Election Fund
in fiscal year 2015-16. The amendment also includes an Other Special Revenue
Funds allocation of $500,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 to the Commission on
Governmental Ethics and Election Practices to allow expenditure of the
transferred money. |
