Amend the amendment in section 3 in the first line (page 1, line 29 in amendment) by striking out the following: "This Act" and inserting the following: 'That section of this Act that amends the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 38, section 3103, subsection 4'
SUMMARY
This amendment removes application of the effective date of January 1, 2019 from the appropriations and allocations section.
