Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funds in fiscal year 2017-18 and fiscal year 2018-19 only to be deposited in the School Revolving Renovation Fund to be used to upgrade learning spaces in school buildings and for other necessary repairs approved by the Commissioner of Education pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 30-A, section 6006-F, subsection 3, paragraph A, subparagraphs (4) and (5).
