An Act Concerning the Law Governing the Posting of Newspaper Legal Notices and the Statewide Repository for Legal Notices
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 1 MRSA §603, last ¶, as enacted by PL 2013, c. 368, Pt. YYYY, §2 and affected by §5, is repealed.

This bill removes the provision that repeals on January 1, 2018 the law requiring the posting of newspaper legal notices on a publicly accessible website and requiring the maintenance of a publicly accessible repository for electronically posted newspaper legal notices.
