An Act To Allow a Truck Carrying Perishable Products To Operate on a Posted Road without a Permit
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2395, sub-§9 is enacted to read:
9. Exemption. A commercial motor vehicle hauling a perishable product is exempt from this section.
