SUMMARY

This Part strikes the provisions of Committee Amendment "B" that reduce the reimbursement level for critical access hospitals from 109% of MaineCare allowable costs to 107% of MaineCare allowable costs beginning on July 1, 2017. The Part also restores funding to adjust the critical access hospital reimbursement rate from 107% to 109% of cost.
