Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funding in fiscal years 2017-18 and 2018-19 for primary care patient-centered medical homes and behavioral health providers that provide evidence-based, integrated medication-assisted treatment to patients with opioid use disorder to cover costs of intensive, intermediate and long-term treatment, including, but not limited to, the cost of medication, screening, behavioral health treatment and office visits for 1,000 uninsured patients.

SUMMARY
