Amend the amendment in section 1 in §11110 in subsection 3 in the 3rd line (page 2, line 1 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " subsection 1." the following: ' For purposes of this subsection, "facilitate for consideration" means to directly receive compensation or something of value solely as part of the exchange of moose permits.'

SUMMARY
