Amend the bill in section 2 in subsection 3 in the 3rd and 4th lines (page 1, lines 12 and 13 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " the communication must be posted for delivery within 14 days of the date of the expenditure. A" and inserting the following: ' a'

SUMMARY

This amendment removes the requirement that the communication be posted for delivery within 14 days of the date of the expenditure.
