Amend the bill in section 1 in §1500-H in subsection 2 by striking out all of paragraph D (page 1, lines 28 to 39 and page 2, lines 1 and 2 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
SUMMARY
This amendment, which is the unanimous report of the committee, replaces the requirement in the bill that a specifically worded notice be displayed on every offer of the sale of a governmental document that can be obtained from the applicable governmental entity for free or at a lesser charge with a more general notice requirement.
