‘ 1. Reimbursement. The department shall provide for the reimbursement for lung cancer screening under the MaineCare program for those MaineCare members who meet the eligibility criteria recommended by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.’
Amend the bill in section 1 in §3174-ZZ by striking out all of subsection 1 (page 1, lines 4 to 8 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
