Joint Order, Directing the Joint Standing Committee on Veterans and Legal Affairs To Report Out a Bill Regarding the Use of Funds and the Process for Reporting by Campaigns and Political Action Committees

ORDERED, the House concurring, that the Joint Standing Committee on Veterans and Legal Affairs shall report out, to the Senate, a bill regarding the use of funds by political campaigns and political action committees and clarifying the process for reporting contributions and expenditures. In developing the bill, the joint standing committee shall invite input from the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices.
