This legislation
lowers from 21 to 18 the age at which people may carry a concealed
handgun. This provision could increase
General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds revenue by minor amounts for
those individuals under 21 and at least 18 requiring a permit for reciprocity
with other states. No change to the
budget is required. |
