This bill
includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $15,000 in
fiscal year 2017-18 to the Administration - Workers' Compensation Board
program within the Workers' Compensation Board for contracted services to
study shortcomings in workers' compensation insurance coverage for emergency
first responders and to prepare findings and recommendations to be reported
to the joint standing committee on Labor, Commerce, Research and Economic
Development by December 15, 2017. |
