This bill extends
the time that the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) can execute an energy
cost reduction contract (ECRC) from December 31, 2018, to December 31, 2020.
If the PUC were to execute an ECRC within the extended timeframe, it is
anticipated that any additional costs to the PUC can be managed within
existing budgeted resources. |
