|
|
This bill removes
the restriction on the number of seasonal beano or bingo licenses and adds
provisions allowing licensed campgrounds to apply for a seasonal beano or
bingo license. The increased number of licenses issued and an increase in
license fees from $10 to $100 are expected to increase General Fund revenue
collected by the Department of Public Safety. The amount of increased revenue
is not expected to be significant. |
|
Any additional
costs to the Department of Public Safety associated with rulemaking as a
result of the provisions of the bill are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within the existing budgeted resources. |
