Fiscal Detail
and Notes |

|
|
|
The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$392,317 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $403,970 in fiscal year 2018-19 for 3
limited-period positions and 3.5 on-going positions, 1.5 of which start after
the biennium, to handle the additional work required to add the 200 existing
pharmacists to the Maine Immunization Program (MIP). The MIP grant is a
federal grant. However, it would not be able to support the additional
positions that are required. |
