This bill states
that a prescription medication containing cannabidiol that is approved by
federal law or rule must be available in this State within 30 days of
approval or publication in the Federal Register. This bill could potentially
have a fiscal impact if new drugs are approved by federal law. The Department
of Health and Human Services does not know which drugs may be approved by
federal law or when a new drug may be approved. No estimate of cost is made
at this time. |
