The current State
Health Plan design has an individual in-network member deductible of $600 and
an out-of-network deductible of $3,000. This bill would apply to out-patients
services. If the member can get the service at the same cost as in-network or
less out-of-network, the member would be entitled to get the service and have
that cost apply to the in-network deductible and cost-share obligations. This
is expected to lead to an increase in expenditures, as it will be easier to
meet the in-network deductible, but the actual impact is unable to be
determined at this time. |
