The Legislature
will require appropriations of $13,350 in each of fiscal years 2017-18 and
2018-19 for the operating and support costs of the Mining Advisory
Panel. It will also require an Other
Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 in the event the panel receives
grants and other nongovernmental funds.
As required in the bill, the funds provided to the panel would need to
be appropriated and allocated to a new account separate from all other funds
of the Legislature. |
