This amendment
delays the implementation date for the rate increases to January 1, 2019 and
removes the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $182,457 in fiscal year 2017-18. Federal Expenditures Fund
allocations are also removed to account for the FMAP match. |
