This bill exempts
income received by a person with a disability from certain work programs
available to individuals with disabilities from being considered in
determining the person's eligibility for MaineCare. This would increase the
number of individuals receiving MaineCare. As the Department of Health and
Human Services cannot identify those individuals who receive income through
these work programs, no fiscal estimate is made at this time. |
