|
This amendment
transfers $31,159,210 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the newly established MaineCare Expansion Fund for MaineCare services and
payments to providers. Any unused balance in the fund as of June 30, 2019
will lapse back to the General Fund. This amendment also authorizes transfers
from the Maine Budget Stabilization fund up to $23,540,000 for the same
purposes in the event of a shortfall due to the expansion of eligibility for
MaineCare. |
