The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$652,144 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $869,526 in fiscal year 2018-19 to
increase by 30% the reimbursement rates for home health services under the
MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter II, Section 40. Federal Expenditures Fund
allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
A more current estimate would reduce the appropriation to the Department of
Health and Human Services by $252,589 in fiscal year 2017-18 to $399,555 and
by $336,786 in fiscal year 2018-19 to $532,740. |
