The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$285,910 beginning in fiscal year 2018-19 to increase the reimbursement rates
for home health services under the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III,
Section 40. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for
the FMAP match. |
