|
This amendment
deappropriates $10.0 million in fiscal year 2018-19 from projected savings
from a decrease in information technology spending and uses the funding to
reduce the waiting list for community-based services provided under the
MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapters II and III, Section 21: Home and
Community Benefits for Members with Intellectual Disabilities or Autistic
Disorder. It directs the State Budget Officer and Chief Information Officer
to calculate the amount of savings that applies against each General Fund
account for all executive branch departments and agencies statewide, and
transfer the amounts by financial order upon the approval of the
Governor. |
