The Department of
Health and Human Services will require Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations of $274,400 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $1,048,600 in fiscal year
2018-19 for substance use disorder prevention, recovery and treatment
programs. |

General Fund
revenue would be reduced by $274,400 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $1,048,600 in
fiscal year 2018-19 from transferring 10% of the retail marijuana and
marijuana products sales tax to the Fund. |
